I attended the Story World Jam at the Hannah Maclure centre in Dundee this summer along with the other members of Ramensoft and Phil Harris. The theme of the event was The Cure and we quickly designed the concept for our experience. It was to be an interactive comic with branching dialogue. We worked in Unity and the main component I created involved parsing text from a script that would generate text boxes the player could click through.
It was a brilliant experience and the approach to the game jam formula worked very well. We created something we are all very proud of and we have spent some time polishing the experience since the jam. Here is a screen from the game, the brilliant art was created by Lukasz and Natalia.
